Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council to hold public hearing followed by a council meeting on Feb. 16

DOVER (Feb. 9, 2011) – The Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council (CWAC) will hold a public hearing, following by a council meeting beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16 at the Kent County Administrative Complex, Room 220, 555 South Bay Road, Dover.

 Public Hearing:

• Overview of the Revised FY 2010 Project Priority List and Intended Use Plan; close of the public record.

 Council Meeting Agenda:

• Clean Water Advisory Council updates: CWAC press event – after Council meeting; 2011 Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Program State Match Request; Status of Federal Continuing Resolution CWSRF Capitalization Grant; City of Rehoboth Beach – EIS Wastewater Outfall Disposal Update; Statewide Wastewater Facilities Assessment Study; Update on Community Water Quality Improvement Grant Program; Update on the Stormwater Matching Grants Program.
