Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council to Meet April 16

The Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council (CWAC) will meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 16 in Conference Room 400B at Delaware Technical and Community College’s Terry Campus, on North DuPont Highway in Dover. 

The agenda includes the following items:

·        A public hearing to present the FY09 Project Priority List and Intended Use Plan

·        Project status update - Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) 

·        Financial reports – Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund, 21st Century Fund

·        Bond Bill Committee hearing and Surface Water Management request 

·        21st Century Fund meeting request

·        Tax Ditch Right-of-Way Task Force update

·        Rehoboth Beach workshop summary

·        Sussex level of surface preliminary results and stakeholder workshop

·        Bethany Anchorage Canal Project

The agenda will also include subcommittee reports on wastewater, surface water management, public outreach and finance, and a public comment period.
