Records Pond Handicapped Pier to Be Closed for Repairs

            Division of Fish and Wildlife crews will begin repairs on the handicapped pier at Records Pond in Laurel on Monday, Oct. 27. The pier and parking lot at the corner of Front and Willow Street will be closed until Wednesday, Nov. 5 while the work is being completed.

            The decking, benches and handrails will be replaced with a recycled composite wood product called Timber Tech Docksider.
