Rehoboth man charged with weapons violations

ODESSA (Feb. 3, 2011) – DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on Feb. 2 arrested a Rehoboth man for weapons violations.

Seth L. Frankel, age 35, of Rehoboth Beach, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of firearms and ammunition by a person prohibited. He was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court No. 2 in Rehoboth Beach, pled not guilty and was released on $6,000 unsecured bond pending trial in the Court of Common Pleas.
