Seaford man charged with weapons, game violations

DOVER (Jan. 7, 2011) – DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on Jan. 5 arrested a Seaford man on charges of weapons and game violations.

Following an investigation, Jason S. Baldwin, age 35, of Seaford, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a firearm by a person prohibited and three counts of possession of illegally taken game. A shotgun was seized as evidence.

Baldwin was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court No. 3 in Georgetown and released on $6,300 unsecured bond pending trial in Superior Court.
