Seaford men, one juvenile arrested on drug charges at boat ramp
SEAFORD (April 4, 2011) – DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on April 3 arrested two Seaford men and one juvenile on drug-related charges in an incident at the Seaford Public Boat Ramp.
Gino D. Guiliano, age 22, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of littering. Thomas A. Gibson, age 25, was arrested and charged with possession of a non-controlled prescription and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Agents seized $1,325 in cash as evidence. Both men were issued no contact orders with two juveniles and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown, Guiliano in default of $3,100 cash bail and Gibson in default of $3,000 cash bail.
One juvenile also was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was released to a family member pending a court date in Family Court. A second juvenile was not charged and was released to a family member.
