Six commercial fishermen fined for net marking violations 

KENT COUNTY (March 11, 2011) – DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on March 8 arrested six commercial fishermen for net marking violations. 

William H. Poulin, age 61, of Frederica, Sherry A. Feague, age 52, of Frederica, Mark A. Craven, age 57, of Smyrna, Joseph J. Cherneski, age 40, of Milford, Larry A. Passwaters, age 66, of Seaford, and Larry H. Voss, age 53, of Smyrna, were arrested and charged with net marking violations. Mr. Voss was also charged with possession of an untagged bass. All six were fined and released.

Citizens are encouraged to report fish and wildlife violations to the Delaware Fish and Wildlife Enforcement Section at 302-739-4580.
