Smyrna man arrested for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest
DNREC Fish and Wildlife Enforcement Agents on Aug. 6 arrested a Smyrna man in connection with an incident at the Cape Henlopen Fishing Pier in Lewes.
Michael Toy, 29, of 19 Frenchmans Drive, Smyrna, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, theft of services, third degree escape, resisting arrest and failure to comply during the arrest process.
During arrest processing, Toy was found to be wanted on an active warrant and was remanded to the Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown due to bonds totaling $17,396.
