Three men charged with theft, trespassing on Prime Hook Refuge
DOVER (Dec. 21, 2010) – DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on Dec. 17 arrested three downstate men after observing the suspects in the process of cutting up abandoned farm equipment with a torch on Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge near Milton.
Christopher D. Miller, age 26, of Milford; Shawn C. Hill, age 27, of Milton; and Brad D. Hill, age 25, of Ellendale, were arrested and charged with theft and trespassing. All three were arraigned and pled guilty to the charges in Justice of the Peace Court No. 3 in Georgetown. Each was fined $100 and placed on six months probation.
