Townsend man arrested on weapons, dumping charges 

DOVER (March 24, 2011) – DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on March 17 arrested a Townsend man on weapons and dumping charges in an incident at Cedar Swamp Wildlife Area.

Shawn P. Evans, age 21, of Townsend, was arrested and charged with one count of target shooting on a wildlife area and one count of dumping. Evans was fined and ordered to pick up the trash.
