Two Sussex men charged in incident involving shot striking house

DAGSBORO AREA (Jan. 27, 2011) – DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on Jan. 17 arrested two Sussex County men in an incident involving steel shot hitting a house off Creek Shore Court near Dagsboro.

Richard G. Hahn, age 26, of Selbyville, and Tyler L. Tribbit, age 25, of Ocean View were both arrested and charged with permitting projectiles to strike a residence. Hahn and Tribbit were fined $91 each and released.
