Two men arrested on drug charges 

DOVER (March 23, 2011) – DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents this past weekend made two drug-related arrests in separate incidents.

·        Mathew R. Godwin, age 26, of Newark, was arrested on March 19 and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also wanted on a capias out of the Court of Common Pleas. Godwin was issued a summons to appear in the Court of Common Pleas.

·        Justin B. Reed, age 18, of Laurel, was arrested on March 20 at Chipmans Pond near Laurel and charged with possession of marijuana. Reed was issued a summons to appear in the Court of Common Pleas.
