Water Infrastructure Advisory Council public hearing and meeting set for Wed., April 16 in Dover

DOVER (April 4, 2014) – The Delaware Water Infrastructure Advisory Council (WIAC) will hold a public hearing, followed by a council meeting, beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 16 at the Kent County Administrative Complex, 555 S. Bay Road, Dover, Conference Room 220.

Public Hearing Agenda:

  • Overview of the Draft Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) FY 2014 Project Priority List (PPL) and Intended Use Plan (IUP)
  • Overview of the Draft Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) FY 2014 PPL and IUP

  • Public Comments
  • Public Record will remain open until May 16, 2014
