Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know

Tier II Reporting for 2016 Calendar Year 
 Annual Hazardous Chemical Inventory (Tier II) reports and associated fees covering the 2016 calendar year are due by March 1, 2017. Instructions for reporting using our online State of Delaware TIER II MANAGERTM system are available on our website at http://www.dnrec.delaware.gov/SERC/Services/Pages/DownloadFormsorSoftware.aspx.

2017 Training Workshops
A series of free workshops have been scheduled to demonstrate the online system, and review the chemical inventory reporting requirements in general. The workshops will last approximately 3 hours, and registration is required. Sessions will begin at 10 a.m. (registration 9:45).  Class size is limited, so early registration is encouraged.  Workshop dates/locations are as follows:
