 EEAC Subcommittees

The Energy Efficiency Advisory Council (EEAC) has two subcommittees: Low-Income Energy Efficiency and Evaluation, Measurement & Verification.

Low-Income Energy Efficiency
The Low-Income Energy Efficiency Committee is a subcommittee of the full EEAC created with the mission to support all Delaware low-income energy efficiency programs and initiatives by providing feedback and guidance on the development and implementation of cost-effective program offerings. The Low-Income Energy Efficiency Committee is a permanent subcommittee of the full EEAC. It includes, at a minimum, a representative from each program administrator, DNREC, and EEAC consultants. A list of committee members can be found here. Other members of the EEAC may opt to join the committee, if desired. Evaluation, Measurement & Verification (EM&V)
The EM&V committee is a permanent subcommittee of the full EEAC. It includes, at a minimum, a representative from each Program Administrator, DNREC, and the EEAC consultants. A list of EM&V committee members can be found here. Other members of the EEAC may opt to join the EM&V committee, if desired. Broadly, the EM&V committee will prepare recommendations for the council related to planning, managing, directing, overseeing, and reporting of all EM&V activities. The EEAC retains ultimate oversight of and decisions related to the delivery of energy efficiency in Delaware. The committee will report to the full EEAC and seek approval for its conclusions and recommended actions.
