Delmarva Power currently offers grants to offset the installed cost of photovoltaic, solar water heating, wind, and geothermal renewable energy technologies.
Please review the program regulations prior to submitting an application. Customers and contractors applying for grant funding from the Green Energy Program must submit the initial grant application to the Division of Energy and Climate prior to installing their system.
Please see the grant instructions below for details regarding initial documentation submission requirements. Only complete applications with all required attachments should be submitted to the Green Energy Program Team. Incomplete applications will be returned to the applicant and will not be processed.
