Welcome to the Delaware Green Energy Program. This program provides cash incentives to Delaware citizens for the installation of Renewable Energy Systems.
In order to participate in the Green Energy Program you must intend to install the system in Delaware and your electricity provider must offer a program. Please locate your electricity provider in the left-hand column below. This link will provide you with application materials and frequently asked questions links. The center column offers a list of Green Energy Program participating contractors. If your contractor is not listed, please use the contractor application link to obtain an application for your contractor. Please note professionally installed systems must be installed by a participating contractor or a contractor that is capable of becoming approved for the Green Energy Program.
