NOTE: A fishing license is now required in Delaware for all anglers 16 years to 65 years old. Please see the Delaware Fishing Guide for exceptions.
 
All motorboats launched from tidal access areas administered by the Division of Fish & Wildlife must be registered in Delaware or have a valid ramp certificate. Ramp certificates cost $35 and are available from the Division of Fish & Wildlife or its authorized agents (Any boat without a motor is exempt.)
