If you need to print a duplicate item, please make sure of the following prior to printing:
- Your printer is on and operating properly
- You have paper in the printer and your toner is sufficient
- You are not using a mobile device, touch screen computer or Apple products
- Once the printer box appears on your computer screen, DO NOT close out of the pop-up box that reads "About blank." Please wait until the system pulls up the printer selection page before proceeding. (NOTE: If you "X" out of the pop-up box, you will have lost your opportunity to print a duplicate.)
If your attempt to print a duplicate fails on the first attempt, your computer or printer may not be compatible with DNREC's system, firewalls, security set-up, anti-virus software, or wireless set-ups that may be preventing you from printing. Please contact DNREC's Division of Fish & Wildlife's Licensing Section 302-739-9918 for assistance, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Also, DNREC's Dover office at 89 Kings Highway, Dover, DE 19901 has computer capability available for printing duplicates.
To print a duplicate you must access the DNREC e-gov Order Tracking System. To begin this process please click the following link: Order Tracking System
