A completed Hunter Education Course from another state may be used to meet this requirement. Visit the Hunter Education Program to sign up for a course or visit Hunter Ed Online Access to retrieve your Delaware Hunter Safety Number (HSN) using your last name, date of birth and last four digits of your Social Security Number.
