Attention, FOIA Requestors: Please note that the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) has adopted the statewide FOIA policy and procedure for Executive Branch agencies, per Executive Order No. 31, per the State of Delaware, Register of Regulations, which repeals DNREC's former FOIA regulation. DNREC's FOIA policy can be found in Delaware's Administrative Code.
If you are a returning requestor, please use the Division links below to make your FOIA request, as you would have previously. If you are a first time requestor, or unsure which of DNREC's Division has the record(s) you're seeking, please use the following email address: DNREC_FOIA_Request@state.de.us which directs your request to the department's FOIA Coordinator who will review and distribute your request to the appropriate DNREC division for response.
