Description: A Certified Construction Reviewer (CCR) is a private inspector of sediment and stormwater controls who is hired by a developer when required by the reviewing agency. The CCR course offers detailed information on sediment control and stormwater management practices, and is provided as training to individuals who wish to qualify as Certified Construction Reviewers as specified in the Delaware Sediment and Stormwater Regulations.
In addition, the course will benefit anyone in the government, engineering, consulting, contracting, or land development professions that work in the field of sediment and stormwater management. Certification is valid for five years.
Class size: Capacity of 85 participants, to be held at Modern Maturity Center, 1121 Forrest Ave., Dover, DE 19904, during specifically scheduled dates. Registration is limited to two participants per company.
Time: Two full days (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) and a mandatory half-day field trip.
Dates: The next CCR course will be scheduled for March 2018.
Cost: $225 per person if paid prior to early-registration cutoff date, which includes continental breakfast and lunch for each classroom day. After early-registration cutoff date, a late fee of $30 is added for a total registration fee of $255.
Special considerations: Must pass a written exam. Must be present for all 21/2 days of the course.

In the event of inclement weather on the days training is to be held at Modern Maturity Center, if there is a weather delay, the class will begin at the planned opening time for the Modern Maturity Center.That class day will be canceled if any of the following closings are in effect:
