This program provides technical assistance to landowners, tax ditch organizations, Conservation Districts, and federal, state and local agencies in the areas of drainage, water management, and restoration. It is responsible for assisting Tax Ditch Organizations with maintaining the state's 2,000 miles of tax ditches that providing drainage and flood control in both agricultural and urban areas.
