Planning and Partnering for Clean Water, Together!
The Nonpoint Source Program in Delaware's Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) partnered with Region III States, EPA, and National Estuary Programs (NEPs) to hold a free conference on topics revolving around Nonpoint Source Pollution.
The conference focused on stories of success, technology, innovation, effective collaboration and planning efforts, creative partnerships, and innovative funding/financing as they relate to the current scope of nonpoint source pollution in the region.
This biennial conference brought together scientists, engineers, managers, and policy makers who are actively involved in and/or affected by all aspects of water quality and nonpoint sources of pollution. This includes federal, state, and local agency personnel, water resource engineers, water resource managers, environmental consultants, environmental policy managers, ecological scientists and researchers, hydrological modelers, students, and environmental interest groups.
