State of Delaware 2000 Watershed Assessment Report (305(b))
Section 305(b) of the Clean Water Act requires states to report on the quality of their waters each April 1 of every even numbered year. Delaware's Watershed Assessment Report satisfies this requirement and serves as a means to inform interested citizens about the quality of Delaware's waters.
