The Valero Delaware City Refinery, most recently owned and operated by The Premcor Refining Group, Inc. (Premcor), refined crude oil into automobile gasoline, home heating oil, and a variety of other petroleum products. Premcor purchased the facility from Motiva Enterprises, L.L.C. on May 1, 2004, and in 2005 became a subsidiary of Valero Energy Corporation. The Valero Energy Corp. is based in San Antonio, Tex., and incorporated in Delaware.
