INVISTA S.à.r.l. Industrial Waste Landfill
INVISTA S.à.r.l. has submitted an application for permanent closure of its industrial waste landfill. The application contains a closure plan that details a final cover system which includes a membrane designed to act as a barrier layer over the waste and drainage/vegetative layers designed to control erosion and stormwater runoff of the completed landfill. The post-closure care plan specifies periodic inspections and monitoring of the landfill after final closure.
