The Proposed Plan of Remedial Action is the preferred remedial action for the site proposed by DNREC. The plan is subject to a 20-day public comment period. All comments received are evaluated by DNREC and, if necessary, the final plan is modified based on those comments. The Final Plan of Remedial Action is issued after the comment period ends and there is a 20-day appeal period from the date of publication.
