 Proposed Wandendale Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility  

Tidewater Environmental Services, Inc. has submitted an application to DNREC to construct an onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system (OWTDS) for the proposed Wandendale Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility. The system has been designed to treat and land-apply 1.45 million gallons per day (mgd) of wastewater at build-out. The wastewater treatment and disposal system will be constructed in 12 phases. The proposed Wandendale facility is located on both sides of Route 24 and Camp Arrowhead Road, south of Love Creek, Sussex County, within the Inland Bays. 

DNREC held a public hearing August 31 to review the Wandendale OWTDS Construction Application. Documents relating to this permit application can be found below:
