Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the City
of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware Pr
oposed Ocean Outfall

The City of Rehoboth Beach has prepared a final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to permit the design and construction of a new ocean outfall to discharge treated effluent. The EIS has been completed in accordance with the Environmental Review Procedures of the Delaware Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund as directed by the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC). 

The Final EIS addresses all comments from the April 20, 2012 public hearing and the 60-day public comment period.

Written comments may be submitted until February 26, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. Please send written comments to:
